STANDARD EQUIPMENT

1. Hopper Body:

   • Made from 3 mm thick sheet metal

   • Frame and load box coated with a paint finish

   • Load box capacity – 5500 liters (payload 7 tons)

   • Tank bottom lined with 12 mm plastic coating – prevents material from sticking to the floor and extends the chain’s lifespan

   Spreading System (500 mm width):

   • Chain conveyor – provides even and constant material feed for spreading

   • Chain width 500 mm; chain crossbars precisely scrape material from the floor

   • Chain runs on a 12 mm plastic coating lining the tank bottom

   • Double cleaning of the chain conveyor (at the front of the spreader and rear at the disc discharge) – prevents chain clogging

   • Chain conveyor driven by a 3-speed gearbox transferring power from the wheel to the chain, ensuring constant dosing regardless of travel speed

   • Gearbox hydraulically lifted to stop material feed to the spreading discs

   • Material spreading range from 36 kg/ha to 5000 kg/h

   • Galvanized spreading discs, diameter 575 mm, with fixed profiled blades

   • Spreading discs powered by hydraulic motors (requires tractor pump output of 50 l/min)

   • Spreading width adjustment via hydraulic-mechanical valve controlling oil flow to hydraulic motors driving the spreading discs, or from tractor cabin with LOW SENCE function

   • Spreading disc speed range from 0 to 1100 rpm

   • Precise adjustment of granular material spreading width – adjustable from 2 to 36 m

   • Boundary spreading valve – enables reduction of rotations and thus working width of the right spreading disc

   • Tachometer indicating current spreading disc rpm

   • Adjustment of spread material amount by selecting gearbox gear and opening the rear discharge gate

   • Rear discharge gate mechanically operated, opening range 0 to 300 mm

   • 150-degree opening scale for discharge gate with lock
