STANDARD EQUIPMENT

1. Hopper Body:

   • Made of 3 mm thick sheet metal

   • Frame and load box coated with paint

   Spreading System (730 mm wide):

   • Chain conveyor – uniform and constant material feeding

   • Chain runs on a 12 mm plastic lining at the bottom of the tank

   • Double cleaning of the chain conveyor (front of the spreader and rear near the discharge to the discs) – prevents chain clogging

   • Chain conveyor drive powered by a 3-speed gearbox transferring drive from the drive wheel to the chain, ensuring a constant dose regardless of travel speed

   • Hydraulically raised gearbox enables stopping the material feed to the spreading discs

   • Spreading range from 36 kg/ha to 10,000 kg/h

   • Galvanized spreading discs with a diameter of 675 mm with fixed profiled blades

   • Spreading discs driven by hydraulic motors (requires tractor pump capacity of 70 l/min)

   • Spreading width adjustment via hydraulic-mechanical valve controlling oil flow to hydraulic motors driving the spreading discs, or from the tractor cabin with LOW SENCE function

   • Spreading discs rotation range from 0 to 1100 rpm

   • Precise adjustment of spreading width for bulk materials – adjustment range 2 to 36 m

   • Border spreading valve – enables reduction of rotations and thus the working width of the right spreading disc

   • Tachometer indicating the current rotation speed of the spreading discs

   • Adjustment of spreading quantity by selecting the gear in the gearbox and opening the rear discharge gate

   • Discharge gate mechanically operated with opening range from 0 mm to 300 mm

   • 150-degree scale on the discharge gate opening with a lock
