  1. Spreading system with a width of 730 mm:

• chain conveyor – uniform and constant feeding of material to the spreader discs
• chain width 730 mm; chain crossbars precisely scrape material off the floor
• chain runs on a 12 mm plastic lining on the bottom of the hopper
• double cleaning of the chain conveyor (front of spreader and rear near the discharge to the discs) – prevents chain clogging
• chain conveyor driven by a 3-speed gearbox transferring drive from the running wheel to the chain, ensuring a constant dose regardless of driving speed
• hydraulically lifted gearbox allows stopping the material feed to the spreader discs
• material application range from 60 kg/ha to 10,000 kg/h
• galvanized spreading discs with a diameter of 675 mm with fixed shaped blades
• spreading discs powered by hydraulic motors (requires tractor pump capacity of 70 l/min)
• spreading width adjustment via a hydraulic-mechanical valve controlling oil flow to hydraulic motors driving the spreader discs
• spreader disc speed range from 0 to 1100 rpm

NEW SPREADER VERSION WITH CLOSED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• The spreader operates using a multiplier, which combines the function of a mechanical gearbox and a hydraulic pump driven directly by the PTO shaft.
• The system consists of a hydraulic oil tank, oil filter, oil cooler, mechanical gearbox, and a hydraulic pump called the multiplier.
• The spreader has its own closed hydraulic system characterized by greater operational stability, does not use the tractor’s hydraulic oil, and can be used independently of the tractor’s hydraulic pump capacity.
• Power is transmitted via the PTO shaft to the mechanical gearbox, which drives the hydraulic pump.
• The hydraulic oils of the tractor and spreader do not mix, extending the service life of both.
• It does not negatively affect the lifespan of the tractor’s hydraulic pump.
• It does not cause a power loss of the tractor during operation.
• It allows the use of larger fertilizer doses through higher-capacity hydraulic pumps.
• This solution enables doses up to 10 t/ha.
• The IC38 controller by Teejet enables precise spreading of lime, granular fertilizers, mineral fertilizers, and even poultry manure.
• The IC38 controller, built with the latest technology, is ISOBUS-compatible with tractors equipped with a GPS antenna; it also allows operation with its own independent terminal, enabling use with any tractor even without GPS antenna, without calibration. Otherwise, connecting other tractors requires ISOBUS-Teejet system communication (calibration).
• This setup allows uploading custom field maps without the need for field scouting and smooth speed control of both chains, useful for wedge-shaped fields and headlands, preventing fertilizer overdose by allowing individual stopping of one chain (right or left).
• It enables independent disc speed control (right/left) and precise border spreading, allowing spreading width adjustment without changing the dose per hectare.
• Variable rate application is possible based on soil pH maps to improve field nutrient balance and acidity uniformity.
• It enables creation of tramlines (technological paths).
• Thanks to a high-quality hydraulic block with proportional valves, it can work with Load Sensing (LS) variable output pumps, significantly reducing fuel consumption and increasing the tractor hydraulic pump’s lifespan.
• The IC38 controller allows connection of up to 6 additional user-defined functions, e.g., support leg control, extra work lights, hydraulic chute, rear-view camera, etc.
• It supports high wheel options to prevent possible crop damage.
• Dry-run simulation is available to verify spreading parameters without actual material application.
• Quick unloading function with discs off is possible, useful in case of failure.
• Terminal control panel can be customized according to user needs.
• Software updates are easy via USB stick.
• It allows saving specific controller configurations after a job on a USB stick for machine parameter backup and archiving on other media.
• Weighing system integration is possible.
• The weighing system provides precise static and dynamic load measurements.
• In dynamic mode, the system continuously compensates the application rate, especially on slopes and uneven terrain, automatically adjusting dosing to ensure uniform spreading.
