We make every effort to ensure that our spreaders make everyday work on the farm easier. With our users in mind, we have introduced spreaders with a dual chain system controlled by a computer and GPS. The dual chain and hydraulically driven spreading discs allow for automatic adjustment of the fertilizer application rate.

    Spreading System (Width: 730 mm)

    • Chain conveyor – ensures even and consistent material feed

    • Chain width: 730 mm; crossbars effectively clear material from the floor

    • Chain moves on a 12 mm plastic lining at the bottom of the hopper

    • Double cleaning of the chain conveyor (at the front and rear) – prevents clogging and buildup

    • Chain drive powered by 3-speed gearbox transferring power from the ground wheel – ensures consistent dosing regardless of driving speed

    • Gearbox can be hydraulically lifted to stop material feed to the spreading discs

    • Application rate: 36 kg/ha to 10,000 kg/h

    • Galvanized spreading discs, diameter: 675 mm, with fixed profiled vanes

NEW SPREADER VERSION WITH CLOSED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

  • The spreader operates using a multiplier, which combines the function of a mechanical gearbox and a hydraulic pump driven directly by the PTO shaft.

  • The system consists of a hydraulic oil tank, oil filter, oil cooler, mechanical gearbox, and a hydraulic pump (multiplier).

  • The spreader features its own closed hydraulic system, offering greater operational stability. It does not use the tractor’s hydraulic oil, making it independent of the tractor’s hydraulic pump capacity.

  • Power is transmitted via the PTO shaft to the mechanical gearbox, which drives the hydraulic pump.

  • The hydraulic oils of the tractor and the spreader are not mixed, extending service life and reducing contamination.

  • The system does not reduce the tractor’s power or affect the lifespan of its hydraulic pump.

  • It enables the application of larger fertilizer doses thanks to higher-capacity hydraulic pumps — up to 10 t/ha.

  • The IC38 controller by Teejet allows for precise spreading of lime, granular fertilizers, mineral fertilizers, and even poultry manure.

  • The IC38 controller is built with the latest technology, ISOBUS-compatible, and works with a GPS antenna. It can also operate with its own independent terminal, allowing compatibility with any tractor — even without GPS — and without the need for calibration. In other cases, ISOBUS-Teejet system communication (calibration) is required.

  • This setup supports uploading custom field maps without the need for field scouting and offers smooth speed control of both chains, which is particularly useful in wedge-shaped fields and on headlands. One chain (left or right) can be individually stopped to prevent over-application.

  • Independent disc speed control (left/right) enables precise border spreading and adjustment of spreading width without changing application rate.

  • Supports variable-rate application based on soil pH maps to improve nutrient uniformity and correct acidity.

  • Enables the creation of tramlines (technological paths).

  • Thanks to the use of a high-quality hydraulic block with proportional valves, it can also work with Load Sensing (LS) variable output pumps, reducing fuel consumption and increasing tractor hydraulic pump longevity.

  • The IC38 controller allows integration of up to 6 additional user-defined functions, e.g. support leg control, additional work lights, hydraulic chute, rear-view camera, etc.

  • Supports high wheel options to prevent crop damage.

  • Allows for “dry-run” simulations to verify spread parameters without actual material application.

  • Quick unloading function available with the discs turned off — useful in the event of failure.

  • Terminal control panel can be adapted to user preferences.

  • Easy software updates via USB stick.

  • Allows saving of specific controller settings for each job using a USB drive, with parameter backup and archiving on other storage media.

  • Weighing system integration possible.

  • The weighing system enables both static and dynamic measurement of load weight.

  • In dynamic mode, the system continuously compensates the application rate — especially useful on inclines or uneven terrain — ensuring even spreading and precise dosing, ideal for contracting services.
