STANDARD EQUIPMENT

1. Hopper Body:

   • Made from 3 mm thick sheet metal

   • Frame and load box coated with paint finish

   • Load box capacity – 3200 liters (payload 4 tons)

   • Bottom of the tank lined with 12 mm plastic coating – prevents material from sticking to the floor and extends the chain’s lifespan

   Spreading System with 500 mm Width:

   • Chain conveyor – ensures even and constant material feed for spreading

   • Chain width 500 mm, chain crossbars precisely scrape material from the floor

   • Chain moves on a 12 mm plastic coating lying on the bottom of the tank

   • Double cleaning of the chain conveyor (at the front of the spreader and at the discharge to the discs) – prevents chain clogging

   • Chain conveyor drive powered by a 3-speed gearbox transferring drive from the wheel to the chain guarantees constant dosing regardless of driving speed

   • Gearbox hydraulically lifted to stop the material feed to the spreading discs

   • Spread material range from 36 kg/ha to 5000 kg/h

   • Galvanized spreading discs with a diameter of 575 mm with fixed profiled blades

   • Spreading discs driven by hydraulic motors (requires tractor pump output of 50 l/min)

   • Width adjustment through a hydraulic-mechanical valve controlling oil flow to hydraulic motors driving the spreading discs, or from the tractor cabin with LOW SENCE function

   • Spreading discs rotation range from 0 to 1100 rpm

   • Precise adjustment of granular spreading width – adjustable from 2 to 36 m

   • Boundary spreading valve – allows reduction of rotations and thus the working width of the right spreading disc

   • Tachometer indicating current rotation speed of spreading discs

   • Adjustment of spread material amount by selecting gearbox gear and opening the rear discharge gate

   • Rear discharge gate mechanically operated, opening range from 0 mm to 300 mm

   • 150-degree scale for discharge gate opening with lock
